TERESA A. ECKHART, M.D. F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Eckhart attended the University of Iowa College of Medicine, graduating in 1977. After completing a residency in OB / GYN at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, she began to practice in Dubuque in 1981. She is married and has four children. Her interests include all aspects of theater and her children’s activities.

THADDEUS L. ANDERSON, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Anderson attended the University of Illinois College of Medicine, graduating in 1985. He completed an internship and residency program at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in 1989. After a four-year tour of duty in the United States Army as a Medical Officer, he joined the practice in 1993. Dr. Anderson is married and has four children. His hobbies are reading and supporting his children’s activities, which include being an Assistant Scoutmaster for Boy Scout Troop 7.

DEBORAH A. LABEAU, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. Dr. LaBeau is a California native and military “brat” who graduated from California State University, Sacramento. She attended the Uniformed Services University medical school in Bethesda, Maryland as an Army officer. Dr. LaBeau completed her internship and residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. After spending seven more years as a military doctor, she joined Dubuque Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C. in July 1997. She enjoys reading, travel, cooking and gardening.

LAURA R. WITTHOEFT, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Witthoeft graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1998 and completed her residency at St. Joseph’s Mercy hospital in Ypsilanti, Michigan in 2002. She is married and has two children. In her free time, Laura loves to read, travel and spend time with her family.

CURTIS E. PAGE, M.D.  Originally from Arizona, Dr. Page attended Vassar College in New York before moving to the Midwest.  He graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2001, then completed his residency training at MCW as well.  The newest member of the group, Dr. Page joined the practice in 2006.  He enjoys listening to music and traveling.

KATHE LEHMAN, CNM, MS Kathe received her Master’s Degree in midwifery from the University of Minnesota in 1989 and she joined the practice in January 1990 as a Certified Nurse-Midwife. Kathe brings an interest in herbals to her practice and has extensive experience in waterbirths and alternative labor support techniques. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, three grown children and two grandchildren.
