TERESA A. ECKHART, M.D. F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Eckhart is a Luther College graduate. She completed medical school and residency through the University Of Iowa College Of Medicine in 1981. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Eckhart is married with four children. Her interests include all aspects of theater, singing with the Dubuque Chorale, and sewing for the Colt Drum and Bugle Corps.

THADDEUS
L. ANDERSON, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. Anderson has an undergraduate degree in Pharmacy, and a Medical degree, both from the University of Illinois. He completed his Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at University of Iowa. After four years of service in the Army Medical Corps, he joined Dubuque Obstetrics & Gynecology, PC in 1993. He has served as President of the Dubuque County Medical Society, Medical Staff President at Finley Hospital, and as an Iowa Medical Society (IMS) Maternal Mortality Committee member since 1997.
Dr. Anderson is serving the American College of OB/GYN (ACOG) as Chair of Iowa Section, member of the National Coding and Nomenclature Committee, and as Legislative Chair of the Midwest District since 2009. In this last capacity he is an advocate for women’s healthcare and his patients.
Dr. Anderson is married and has four children. |

DEBORAH
A. LABEAU, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Dr. LaBeau is a California native and military “brat” who graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a major in Biological Sciences. She attended the prestigious Uniformed Services University medical school in Bethesda, Maryland as an Army officer. Dr. LaBeau completed her internship and residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.D. After spending seven more years as a military doctor for Obstetrics and Gynecology, she decided to retire from Army life and made the move to the Midwest. She has been working with Dubuque Obstetrics & Gynecology, P.C. since July 1997. She enjoys reading, travel, cooking and gardening.

LAURA
R. WITTHOEFT, M.D., F.A.C.O.G. Dr. Witthoeft graduated from the University of Iowa College of Medicine in 1998 and completed her residency at St. Joseph Mercy hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 2002. She is married and has three children. In her free time, Laura loves to read, study architecture and travel.

CURTIS E. PAGE, M.D., F.A.C.O.G.
Originally from Arizona, Dr. Page attended Vassar College in New York before moving to the Midwest. He graduated from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 2001, then completed his residency training at MCW as well. Dr. Page joined the practice in 2006. He enjoys listening to music and traveling. He is married with two children.

TORRI JANECEK, D.O.
Dr. Janecek joined Dubuque Obstetrics & Gynecology, PC in August, 2011. She is a Midwest native, and graduated from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Obstetrics & Gynecology residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio. Dr. Janecek is married and has one child. As a former collegiate track athlete, Dr. Janecek participates in running and sporting activities. |

LEHMAN, CNM, MS
Kathe was formerly the Obstetrical Head Nurse at The Finley Hospital. She went on to receive her Master’s Degree from the University of Minnesota in 1989. She joined the practice in January 1990 as a Certified Nurse-Midwife. |

DEBORAH
S. FAUTSCH, CNM, MSN, CH
Deb joined the practice in 1999 after graduating from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing, in Hyden Kentucky. She has a degree in psychology from Clarke University and a Masters in Nursing/Midwifery from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio. She is a certified hypnotherapist and hypnobirthing practitioner. Deb enjoys reading and cooking. She is married with two children and a new grandson. |
